DBT

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidenced based practice which means it is proven to be an effective form of therapy to help reduce symptoms. 

 

DBT is focused on learning skills to help us cope with the difficulties and stressors of life. The four modules of DBT include: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
